For International Buyers
A partnership, measured in trust.
Clear sourcing, honest timelines, predictable shipping. Everything you need to bring Indian craftsmanship into your spaces — without friction.
Sourcing
Closer to the loom. Closer to the truth of the craft.
We exist between the artisan and the buyer — a single, careful bridge. Every rug is traceable to the village, the weaver, and the wool it began as.
Direct from artisan clusters
We work loom-side in Bhadohi, Mirzapur and Jaipur — no middle layers, no markup on craft.
ARS colour matching
Send a Pantone, fabric swatch or photo. We dye-match within ±2 ΔE before strike-off.
Custom briefs welcome
Bespoke sizes, patterns, pile heights and constructions — supported from sample to bulk.
Material transparency
New Zealand wool, Bikaneri wool, bamboo silk, jute, cotton and viscose — full traceability.
Lead Times
From first email to dispatched container — an unhurried, predictable arc.

Care
Cared for gently, a handmade rug ages into a heirloom.
Daily care
Vacuum weekly using suction-only mode. Avoid rotating beater bars on hand-knotted pile.
Spills
Blot immediately with a clean white cloth. Never rub. Cold water for water-based stains.
Rotation
Rotate the rug 180° every 6 months to ensure even wear and sun exposure.
Professional cleaning
Recommended every 18–24 months by a rug specialist. Avoid steam and machine washing.
Sunlight
Natural dyes mellow gracefully — keep out of harsh direct sunlight to slow patina.
Shedding
Light shedding is natural in the first 8–12 weeks of a new wool rug. It settles.
