Craftsmanship

Slow craft, honestly made.

The Process

From a knot of raw wool to a finished floor — six unhurried stages.

01

Wool Selection

Hand-sorted New Zealand and Bikaneri wool. Cleaned, carded and spun for resilience and softness.

02

Natural Dyeing

Earth-toned palettes from azo-free and vegetable dyes. ARS colour-matched to your brief.

03

Mapping the Design

Each pattern translated into a hand-drawn graph the weaver reads thread by thread.

04

Weaving

Hand knotted, hand tufted or flat-woven. Slow, patient work — no shortcut imitates this.

05

Finishing

Shearing, carving, washing, stretching and edge-binding by master finishers.

06

Inspection & Dispatch

Multi-stage QC, photography, packing and export documentation handled in-house.

Why partners stay

Reliability, made of small consistencies.

  • Direct artisan sourcing

No layers between you and the loom.

  • ARS colour matching

Every shade verified to your reference.

  • Texture-first quality

Pile density, weave tension and hand-feel checked manually.

  • Export-ready operations

Forms, certifications, logistics — handled with clarity.

  • Timely communication

One responsive point of contact across time zones.

  • Flexible MOQ

    Sample-friendly partnerships, small or large.

The weaver does not hurry. Neither do we.
